We are responsible for ensuring that your personal information is not used in any other way than that it is in accordance with the law in force.



Personal information that we process about you

The information we have about you is your name, contact information, company. If you quit the company that belongs to your name. If we want information about termination of employment - we will delete you from our register.

We only register your name with us if we have been informed that you are the contact person in your company - and only if we have a business relationship. This is normally done via e-mail or telephone - provided by your company or you, or via our contact form.

Your personal information can only be viewed and registered by direct employees of the Circular Packaging Cluster. We have a third-party provider of accounting services and they will therefore have access to a postal address and / or billing email address.

It is of the utmost importance to us that your personal information does not go astray. And we will not transfer them to a country outside the EEA area. Our goods and services are shipped within the EEA area and our suppliers are therefore also made known and are subject to the same laws that apply in our business area / business district.



Securing your personal information

We have chosen a European company to back up our data. They are also subject to the same laws that apply in the EEA. All employees have strict routines and are informed about the importance of handling personal information in a correct and respectful manner. All handling of data can only take place after a login with a code / password in our systems.



Deletion of personal information

If you wish to delete personal information, we can be reached by e-mail and telephone. The reason why you are registered with us is that you have previously contacted us in connection with contact between our respective companies. If your employment relationship changes, we will delete you from our register immediately. If your consent is no longer valid, you can contact us. As long as you agree, you will be in our register.



Your rights

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to access what information we have about you, as well as to demand correction of this. We will not use your personal information for direct marketing.
